Internal messaging system
INTERNAL reference: how Foldspace messages and targets, split into two motion deep-dives (the play we're running) and three persona pages (the person we're talking to). Built from the Brand Messaging Hierarchy sheet, the GTM matrix, the ICP briefs, and external buyer research.
The two motions (the frame)
TOOL: complementary overlayAdded alongside their stack to fix adoption and activation. Land & expand, quarter-speed, "better tool" psychology, Pendo-class competitive frame.

The three personas (the people)
Growth Owners · Growth PM, PLG owner. AI-First Growth language (only for them). Click Tax, engineered champions, metrics-first. Champion, not buyer.
Product Management · CPO, VP Product. The economic buyer and the person choosing between motions. Time to outcome, informed roadmap, the four value shifts.
Engineering Owners · CTO, VP Eng + AI Engineer/Developer champions. Build the brain, buy the operator. FE not IP, A2A/MCP, AI Score. Simon Willison test.
How to use this system
- Pick the persona page for the words, the motion page for the play. Persona pages: who they are, where they live, key messages, features, vocabulary. Motion pages: buyer psychology, sales mechanics, competitive frame, message architecture, CTA ladder.
- AI-Native is the spine. Only the Growth PM opens on AI-First Growth.
- Standing guardrails: Conversational Analytics and Trust Lab are early access, always. Product Agent first; analytics is the dividend. Customer names internal until cleared. Global banned list: "AI-powered," "AI Copilot," "agentic transformation," "production-ready," "reliable," "personalization at scale," "in-app tours," "PLG is dead," "Operator" as product name.
- Why the day-one shortlist matters: ~4 of 5 shortlist spots are set before buyers talk to anyone, and the early favorite wins ~80% of the time. Every page here exists to shape what buyers believe before the first call.
